It starts with exceptional service, and our server Marissa was the best, Great atmosphere and vibe. We stayed in Silverthorne, but I recommend those staying in other hotshots like Breckenridge or even Vail, make the drive out to Dillon Dam Brewery. Food is excellent and value is incredible. Last and not least, the beer is a must try. Their DAM IPA is stellar. Food: get the pretzel, the chili, and their version of French Onion Soup (best I've had). You won't be disappointed.

If you're in the area, you must visit The Dillon Dam Brewery! The atmosphere is great, the food is incredible, and the service is top-notch. We had the pleasure of sitting at the bar with Will, who made our experience unforgettable. He’s attentive, knowledgeable, and all-around awesome. We shared the Summit Lamb Burger, and wow—it was out of this world! The 1/2-pound ground lamb patty, paired with the French onion aioli, sundried tomatoes, spring mix, and muenster cheese on a brioche bun, is a flavor explosion. Highly recommend it! For an extra kick, add a splash of their house-made Bloody Mary mix to the mild chili ale. Trust me—it’s a game-changer! Thank you, Will, and The Dillon Dam Brewery team for an amazing visit. Can’t wait to come back!

Update: we loved this place so much the first time we went back for Christmas and it was even better!!!!!!!! Original: My wife, daughter and I stopped here for dinner on our first night in town. The waitress was amazing and her knowledge of the menu was top notch. After a few minutes of bantering back and forth with her she made some phenomenal recommendations for food and drink. Everything was ridiculously good. I’d say it tasted as good as the pics make it look but we didn’t get around to taking picks until most of it was gone!!!!!! Then just when I thought we were done and I was telling the waitress I would pass on another beer, she told me about the super secret stash that’s not on the menu. W O W ! ! ! Maybe the best beer I’ve ever had.

Loved this place so much we went 3 days in a row. Everything we had was good. Standouts were the soups. A seafood soup, the onion soup and red chili were all very flavourful. The green chili was our least fave but still good if you didn't have the others to compare it to. Pretzel was best bar Pretzel ever. Not that normal dry, excuse for a pretzel most places serve. Don't even need the sauces served with it cuz it's yummy all on it's own. Trout was another winner. Got a side of it every time. Hubby loved the Strong Golden Ale. 2 outta the 3 bartenders were great. 3rd one was like the green chili. She would have been OK if we didn't have the other 2 bartenders to compare her to! Overall,.

Dillon Dam Brewery serves american cuisine/pub food at a lively environment, with the highlight being their own IPA. I ended up sitting at the bar so I can't speak about the service, but it seemed fine. Their burger was delicious and came out pretty fast.

Service was great. Cool place. Patio seating. Bar seating. We sat inside. Food was great. We were super hungry but that didn’t stop me from getting a pretzel. It dang it was good. Cheese and mustard were perfect. My wrap was very good as well as the fries. Not overly crunchy. Husband loved the soup.

Equally impressive is the pub menu, which features dishes that elevate classic comfort food to new heights. Signature items like the Honey Chipotle Chicken and the Ruby Mountain New York Strip will satisfy your appetite and leave you yearning for more. The honey chipotle glaze of the chicken breast adds just the right amount of heat, while the New York Strip melts in your mouth, topped with a savory garlic compound butter. Trust us, these plates are worthy of any “foodie’s” list!
